Ready to get Venteur for your business? Here’s what to expect
Now that you’re ready to become a Venteur customer, here’s some helpful information to better understand what Venteur is and how we’ll help your company get started with your health benefits plan.
Key dates for a May 1st plan launch
In order to be fully ready to launch your ICHRA plan with Venteur, here are some key dates to keep in mind as you go through your onboarding process.
Dates & deadlines to know as you onboard with Venteur
Onboarding deadline
For onboarding to be complete, you’ll need to finish your business verification (called KYB), as well as schedule and complete your onboarding call with your Venteur account manager.
Shopping deadlines
There are different deadlines each month which we update on our website (see dates below for the upcoming month), and will also inform you of these dates via email and make visible in your portal. These dates will fall between the 10th and 15th of each calendar month.
Invoice dates
Invoices are typically around the 17th unless that date falls on a holiday or weekend. We’ll notify you on the first of each month that month’s invoice date and remind you to make any changes before the deadline, so there’s no surprises on your invoice.
