⚠️ Updated Service Interruption Notice: Azure Outage Impacting Venteur Platform

Venteur experiencing temporarily platform disruptions earlier in the day as a result of the Microsoft Azure service outage.. As of, 2:45 pm PST, connectivity has been restored to theVenteur ICHRA Platforms and our public ICHRA Quoting Portal.

We are actively monitoring the Azure Service Outage to ensure no other issues arise. Azure full restoration in the next 4 hours (around 5pm PST). During this time, you may still experience latencies, timeouts, and errors using the Venteur ICHRA Platform

Options for Customers with Active Open Enrollments

We understand the time-critical nature of Open Enrollment and making sure all of your employees receive timely health insurance company. If you are a current customer, we have established a temporary workaround to facilitate access to the Venteur ICHRA Platform.

Please contact your dedicated account management team immediately at customer@venteur.com for instructions and temporary access credentials.

Venteur will provide an update at 5:00pm PST.
