Broker Apex Reward for New Groups Effective Jan 1, 2026 and February 1, 2026:  

250 eligible lives = $1,000

500 eligible lives = $2,500  

1,000 eligible lives = $10,000

5,000 eligible lives = $50,000

Apex Reward are based on new client’s FT eligible employees (dependents aren’t included in the count) with an effective date of 1/1/26 and 2/1/26.  Eligibility is based on census uploaded into employer portal for shopping.

Count is based on each individual broker’s closed business, not the agency, and the broker must be the incumbent broker at time of payout.

Payout is 60 days from end of the incentive program, around April 2026.  The client must be active at the time of payment and fees paid.  Early terminations will void the eligibility count.

Existing clients or prior clients are excluded as are new staffing Firms and home healthcare businesses.

Venteur reserves the right to audit, adjust, or deny payments in cases of misrepresentation, ineligible groups or program abuse.  Program terms subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.

Rewards may be considered taxable income to the broker. Responsibility for reporting/tax payment lies with the recipient.
